PRECISE France has specially developed an orbital head that can be directly adapted to the spindle cone of the CNC machine. The high frequency electro-spindle of this orbital head is powered by a frequency converter to be integrated on the NC of the machine.
PRECISE France has developed two versions, the PKS 4036 and the PKS 4015, which won the innovation prize at the Industrie 2016 exhibition.
The implementation of this orbital head has made it possible to eliminate delamination on the structural part called “tube”, as well as vibrations, all this with very little cutting effort. The machining of the honeycomb structure has also been greatly improved.
