A brand new electrospindle designed in close collaboration with SYCOTEC, capable of integrating process control using the DRAGONFLY® sensor from WORMSENSING. Developed specifically to integrate a cobotic drilling solution—incorporating chip fragmentation (Peck Drilling) and drilling feed—designed for next-generation aerospace assembly.
Developed as part of the PRECI-PECKDRILL (PreciPeckDrill) project, for which a patent application was filed in early 2026, the PRECISE-LINE 5062 represents a major breakthrough in the field of robotic drilling of aerospace structures. This innovation is notable in particular for the native integration of WORMSENSING’s DRAGONFLY® sensor directly into the electric spindle during manufacture – a world first.
