1/ Storage and use of your personal data

The information collected on this form is recorded in a computer file by Precise France to communicate information related to the brand and services of the company Precise France.

They are kept for 10 years and are intended for the marketing and commercial service established within the European Union.

This file is accessible only by the management, the collaborators of the marketing pole and the commercial pole within Precise France.

  • The webmastering service stores information about your browsing journey and your downloads on the site www.precise.fr so as to establish reports and statistics on the profiles of people and companies browsing our internet portal. This behavioral data is stored within the European Union.

3/ Withdrawal of Consent regarding your personal data

3.1. Right of access to your personal data

You have the right to access, modify and / or delete data concerning you at any time by contacting our webmastering service:

  • By post : Precise France – 1 Avenue de l’Usinage Grande Vitesse – 74250 Peillonnex, accompanied by a copy of an identity document. Ideally, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
  • On site in our premises : with presentation of an identity document. The CNIL specifies: “It is possible to be accompanied by the person of your choice. The consultation should last long enough to take note conveniently and completely. It is possible to request a copy of the data ”.

The manager of the file has a maximum response time of 2 months from the request, whether it was made by post or on site. The CNIL specifies: “If the request is incomplete (absence of identity document for example), the person in charge of the file is entitled to request additional information: the period is then suspended and runs again once these elements have been supplied”.

3.2. Modifying your subscriptions

To unsubscribe from all Presice France communications, you must click on the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of our emails. You can then choose:

  • to modify your preferences for receiving our communications
  • to unsubscribe from all marketing and commercial communications until resubmission of your consent on the website.
