PAYROLL & HR MANAGER (M/F)

PRACARTIS GROUPE is composed of 10 companies specialised in the definition and implementation of global solutions for precision machining. PRECISE France is a designer and manufacturer of high-speed electrospindles and a consultant in machining strategy. Leader in the maintenance, repair and renovation of all types and brands of spindles.

Within the framework of its strong development and strategic changes, PRECISE France is strengthening its service.

Job description :

  • Payroll manager for PRECISE France and several other companies in the PRACARTIS group, handling around 100 payslips.
  • HR manager for PRECISE France.
  • Supporting the HR department with cross-functional tasks related to the group’s HR management.

Prepare payroll

  • Collect and process variable
  • payroll elements
  • Track hours in the time management software
  • Prepare pay slips
  • Check contributions
  • Prepare DSNs

Manage Human Resources

  • Manage staff administrative files
  • Manage training files
  • Ensure HR quality processes and apply the HR strategy defined by management
  • Manage recruitment in collaboration with site managers
  • Support managers in the application of all HR procedures, particularly in the use of the LUCCA HRIS

Technical skills required :

  • Expertise in payroll management
  • Very good knowledge of social regulations
  • Proficiency in a payroll management tool: proficiency in the SAGE tool used within the group is a plus
  • Experience in human resources management
  • Proficiency in an HRIS is a plus.

Your profile :

You are an experienced payroll manager with several years of experience in an accounting firm or company. You are familiar with human resources administration, particularly its regulations.
