Leader in the maintenance, repair and renovation of all types and brands of spindles.

Job description :
- Payroll manager for PRECISE France and several other companies in the PRACARTIS group, handling around 100 payslips.
- HR manager for PRECISE France.
- Supporting the HR department with cross-functional tasks related to the group’s HR management.
Prepare payroll
- Collect and process variable
- payroll elements
- Track hours in the time management software
- Prepare pay slips
- Check contributions
- Prepare DSNs
Manage Human Resources
- Manage staff administrative files
- Manage training files
- Ensure HR quality processes and apply the HR strategy defined by management
- Manage recruitment in collaboration with site managers
- Support managers in the application of all HR procedures, particularly in the use of the LUCCA HRIS
Technical skills required :
- Expertise in payroll management
- Very good knowledge of social regulations
- Proficiency in a payroll management tool: proficiency in the SAGE tool used within the group is a plus
- Experience in human resources management
- Proficiency in an HRIS is a plus.

Your profile :
You are an experienced payroll manager with several years of experience in an accounting firm or company. You are familiar with human resources administration, particularly its regulations.
